Local Pickup
Collect your order in the Dayton, Ohio area — no shipping charge.
How it works
- Order on the website. Choose Local pickup at checkout instead of shipping. Pickup cannot be arranged by phone, text or message — the order has to go through the site so it is paid for, recorded and ready to hand over.
- We pack it. Your order is picked and checked like any other.
- You get a Ready for Pickup notification. By email, and by text if you opted in to text updates at checkout. The email contains the address and the collection instructions.
- You collect it. Bring your order number.
Please do not arrive before you receive the Ready for Pickup notification. Until you have it, your order may not be packed and there may be nobody there to hand it over. The notification is the only signal that it is ready.
What to bring
- Your order number — it is in your confirmation email and on your account page.
- If someone else is collecting on your behalf, tell us first by replying to your confirmation email so we know to expect them.
Where
The collection address is sent to you in the Ready for Pickup email, once your order is packed. It is not published here. Pickup is available in the Dayton, Ohio area — if you are not local, choose shipping at checkout instead.
If something changes
If you cannot collect, reply to your order confirmation and we will hold the order or switch it to shipping. Shipping charges apply if an order changes from pickup to delivery.
Local pickup does not change anything else about your order — the same Terms & Conditions, the same refund policy, and the same research-use restrictions apply.
